This is the perfect version of a decadent and “healthy” dessert – even with veggies! Pancakes and chocolate have always been the perfect (unhealthy) combination, but no longer! The pancakes are based on bananas and the chocolate mousse is based on avocado. And it’s delicious, I can promise that.

The chocolate mousse is super simple – serves 4-6
- 1 avocado
- 4 big tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup
- 2 hands fresh berries
- 1 hand walnuts, coarsely chopped
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and blend until smooth and soft. You can add more cacao and honey if you prefer. Take one spoonful chocolate mousse for each pancake and some berries and walnuts to finish. Serve while the pancakes are still warm.
